• Contact details — your email address and (optionally) your name when you subscribe to updates or contact us.
• Preferences— the centers and topics you tell us you're interested in, and your birthday if you choose to share it, so we can send you relevant announcements.
• Donation records — the amount, frequency, and designated cause of each gift, together with your email address, so we can issue receipts and annual statements.
• Payment information — handled by our processors, not us. Card and bank details are entered directly on the secure pages of our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay). We never see or store your card number.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

• Process donations and send receipts and tax acknowledgments.
• Send announcements about events, teachings, and new ways to give — matched to the preferences you set, and only if you subscribed.
• Respond to questions and support requests.
• Keep the site secure and understand aggregate usage.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.

Only the service providers needed to operate, each under its own data-protection obligations: our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay — for India-issued payments), our email service, our hosting provider (Vercel), and our content platform (Sanity). We may also disclose information if required by law.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only cookies required for the site to function (for example, load balancing by our host) may be set.

Wherever you live, you may contact us to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, export it, or withdraw consent to communications. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can update your interests rather than unsubscribing entirely. Residents of the EEA, UK, California, India, and other jurisdictions with privacy statutes have additional statutory rights — email us and we will honor them.

We keep donation records as required for tax and accounting purposes and other personal data only while it is needed for the purposes above. Access is limited to authorized staff, and all transmissions are encrypted in transit (TLS).

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
